I think that *technically* we can call this crawling. Notice how he isn't doing the roll-to-his-side thing anymore to move forward and is instead using his arms and legs. Though, I do feel confident that this is just a middle step and that he will soon lift his belly up for a proper crawl.

was he headed for an iPhone or an iPod? that's what got simon to really start moving too! liam looks like he means business. i think you are right, he'll lift his belly in no time! i too am sorry you were out of town when i went to new york. i'm sure i'll go again, and next time with simon in tow.
YEAH LIAM! That is awesome. I would call that crawling, it is an army crawl :) He will definitely lift his belly up soon and then watch out. There will be no stopping him then. I can see changes in him just since seeing him when you were home. Adorable.
Little monkey!! I am so proud of him. He looks like he really enjoys the mobility.
